This GCDS approach allows you to learn at the highest possible level. Rather than learning everything that there is on a particular topic, the teacher has provided the very essence of the most important concepts in each topic. Additionally, you can learn at your own rate, without feeling pressured to finish each course as fast as possible. It’s called “Just-in-Time training!”

Dean's Award
The Dean’s Award is given to those students who have completed the learning levels of Novice and Apprentice in all seven ministry tracks.

Chancellor's Award
The Chancellor’s Award is given to all students who have completed the learning levels of Novice, Apprentice, Specialist, Docent and Maven for all seven ministry tracks.
second year
(Chancelor’s Award -Specialist, Docent & Maven in all 7 ministry tracks)
Board Of Govenors Award
Once the Christian leaders have completed all seven levels of learning for all seven ministry tracks, they will have opportunity to achieve the Omega Credential.
third year
(Board of Governor’s Award -Master and Mentor in all 7 ministry tracks)
